A real-time voice experience that received the Excellence Prize at the 11th Highthon.
Real-time audio is also a lifecycle problem
Recording, streaming, reconnecting, and leaving a room all create resources that must be reflected clearly in the UI and cleaned up correctly.
Model connection state as product state
I connected audio streaming over WebSocket with explicit cleanup, group participation flows, and result statistics, keeping the hackathon scope focused on one complete experience.
